What to Expect With Invisalign
The first step is to have a consultation at Wardell Dental Clinic. You’ll meet with a member of our dental team to discuss whether you are a candidate for Invisalign treatment. We’ll assess your jaw, teeth and general level of oral health. If we determine that you require other treatment, we’ll complete that before starting Invisalign.
We use advanced 3D technology to scan your mouth and simulate what your smile may look like with a personalised treatment plan. This data is sent to the Invisalign laboratory so they can be fabricated. When they’re sent back, you’ll return to pick them up. The aligners are switched out at regular intervals. You’ll have periodic checkups with us to make sure that we’re seeing the proper progress with your treatment.
